The Body Mapping Session

Unlock the Story Your Postpartum Body is Telling You and Discover Your Best Route to True Healing + Peak Fitness

When You Sign Up for the Body Mapping Session, You Receive:

1. A mother-specific core and postural assessment to discover your individual muscle patterning.

2. A health and lifestyle assessment to determine what’s going on with your hormones, your digestive function, your stress levels, and more.

3. An overview of what’s discovered inside of each assessment and my suggested recommendations on the best route to restore your core and get started on an effective workout path for you.

4. A separate private training session where I’ll walk you through a tailored start-up corrective program. This is not a complete lifting program.*

The Body Mapping Session is facilitated in person at Cynthia’s private training studio and is one easy payment of just $349.

It’s time to learn about your structural, postural, and muscular imbalances, and how they are affecting your physique and overall health, so you can identify your best route forward into true healing, vitality, and peak fitness as a mother.

  • I’ll check the position of your pelvis and determine how that position is affecting your overall core and posture. I’ll check your deeper inner core (the Transverse Abdominis) to see if it is working properly. I’ll assess your breathing patterns. I’ll isolate your overall short and tight muscles in relation to the long and weak muscles that need to be addressed. In addition to these key and specific physical assessments, I’ll also be assessing lifestyle, nutritional, and hormonal factors that could be causing you challenges.

  • Yes, you do! I want you to not only receive the information your assessments provide, but I also want to kick you off in the right direction and show you a different style of training. During your follow-up private training session I’ll walk you through the basics of your start-up corrective stretch and core restore program. The assignments and exercises I provide you with will not be a complete strength training program as seen in my 1:1 intensive offering Trailblazer.*

  • You will receive a confirmation email with a link to fill out your intake form, health and lifestyle questionnaire and a link to schedule your first assessment session.

  • Yes, the Body Mapping Session is facilitated in person at Cynthia’s private training studio in Sedona Arizona.

  • Walking through a diastasis recti program will address the separation in the outermost abdominal muscles (the rectus abdominis) and while it is important to repair diastasis recti, your core has multiple layers and requires a rehabilitation plan that addresses all of these layers. Ultimately you can do an at-home diastasis recti program successfully and not see the results you’re looking for. My assessment will include assessing the functioning of the deeper layers of the core required for stabilization and overall movement, as well as an assessment for diastasis recti. Nothing can replace in-person training with hands-on cues and adjustments to ensure you’re getting the most out of your time and your efforts.

  • Yes. Your body can behave like a set of dominos: when one thing is off the whole body responds and adjusts to that misalignment or problem area. In addition to that, you may think your core is healing fine based on how it looks while still having some underlying core dysfunction that can lead to or exacerbate injuries. The more you learn about your body and health the more effective, directed, and intentional your fitness path can be.

I’d love to help you identify what’s going on for you.

  • No, it does not. I’m not a practitioner who facilitates internal pelvic floor work. Internal pelvic floor work is a healing modality that I value and I’d be happy to refer you to the type of practitioner best suited for that work if need be.

“I continually consult with her in all areas regarding my transformation- emotionally, physically and nutritionally.”

After consulting with Cynthia I allowed myself to take it slower and to listen to my body as the guide for my transition into this new chapter of life. I feel so much stronger than before!
