There are a total of 8 Modules for you to walk through. Each module contains a number of micro videos for you to move through.
They’re super easy and bite-sized. It’ll likely take 2-3 hours to work through all of them. You can binge or go at a slower pace — it just depends on your learning style.
The Mom Belly Movement Practice video is the one you’ll return to again and again to continue working on rehabbing your core, connecting to your breath, and getting your inner core unit to fire properly.

I recommend doing the corrective movements within Mom Belly What’s the Deal for 6-12 weeks prior to starting anything else (other than walking postpartum).
I recommend continuing these corrective exercises as part of your workout rhythm to continue to strengthen your inner core, balance your body and tune into your breath.
