Can I tell you a story?

Before I gave birth to my daughter I had my whole fitness plan mapped out.

I fully believed that I was not going to skip a beat and that I’d be in my best shape in no time.

My daughter was a year old. And there was this guy at the gym who saw me showing up pretty faithfully.

One day he looked at me and said, “What happened? You were in such great shape. You still look pregnant.”

I know, he shouldn’t have said that.

But the reality was I was overdoing it. I was in the throes of it. And I was trying to put fitness over physical dysfunction because I didn’t know the foundational first steps I needed to take postpartum.

And the only thing I knew to do to improve my situation (and reach my standards) was to push harder in my exercise.

I felt safety in exertion.

The story is much longer and deeper but what you really need to know is this: what I was doing wasn’t serving my body. In fact, it was making things worse.

I was so afraid to stop and let go. I was so afraid to be the beginner again.

And I didn’t even really know what exactly I needed.

I realized I needed to find and work with a woman who had been here before, a woman I could trust — one who understood my high standards.

    They’re super easy and bite-sized. It’ll likely take 2-3 hours to work through all of them. You can binge or go at a slower pace — it just depends on your learning style.
