  • To be the most effective, I have my Trailblazer clients purchase blocks of coaching/training hours. The hours they purchase are then utilized to assess, coach, train, educate, and provide accountability. The Trailblazer intensive is an investment that requires a minimum purchase of 12 hours at $1,850. A client might also decide to purchase 20 hours upfront to benefit from a savings of 20%.

  • Yes, I can break your balance into 3 easy installments.

  • Great question! After your initial hours have been utilized you’re then free to renew another 12 (or more) hours, and we will continue on your journey from exactly where we left off. This system allows me to customize my approach with my clients in the most effective way.

  • You can walk that path, sure. I tried to walk that path. At about 15 months postpartum, when I was working out hard and clinging to my old approach, my core was poking out in the shape of a dome, my cycle was erratic, and I wasn’t getting anywhere, I finally surrendered and sought help from a reputable trainer who understood a woman’s transition into motherhood, both psychologically and physiologically. Seeking her help and wisdom changed everything for me and has inspired me to do the work I’m offering to you here.

  • We will design your program around what gym equipment you have available. As your program progresses and your mom flow allows you easier access to time at the gym again, we can start to work that into your package. It all depends on where you’re at, and what your goals are. I typically encourage my clients to set themselves up with a good home gym and I’d be happy to help you with that!

  • Oftentimes it’s inner core instability, incorrect exercise, and incorrect form that contributes to injury. I can help you to assess what’s going on, help restore your proper core functioning, and teach you the proper technique for the exercises that are right for your body.

  • I love to work with my clients in person (I’m in Sedona, Arizona) however, if you’re outside of my area and want to secure my help, there are still ways we can do that effectively. Simply submit your application today, and we’ll go from there.

  • Comparing 1:1 individualized support to a generic fitness class is comparing apples to oranges. The latter doesn’t include hands-on training that’s tailored uniquely to you, your body, and your goals.

  • Yes! Together we’ll develop a customized strength training program for you, and we’ll work to help you make the nutritional and lifestyle changes needed to reach your goal!

Cynthia Spenla

is a Chek Certified Holistic Lifestyle and Exercise Coach who Specializes in Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise.

She designs fitness programs that centralize both the female hormonal cycle and the complexities of motherhood while supporting her clients to create the sculpted, strong, and attractive bodies they desire without destroying their health, increasing their risk of injury, or disrupting their hormones in the process.

Her prior experience serving women who’ve struggled with eating disorders, exercise addiction, and body image issues, in addition to her transition into motherhood, has helped her adopt an approach that addresses the mental, emotional, physical, and nutritional components of a woman’s life.

Cynthia accompanies the women who’re ready to go off the beaten path — women who’re beginning to recognize that mainstream health + fitness advice isn’t working for them. She lights up an alternative pathway for new mothers — a pathway that leads to restoration, vitality, and healing after the life-altering Rite of Passage that is pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood.
